I went back to the hospital yesterday to get the names and phone number of the receptionist who is also in the SCA. I met her as Danni, but everyone else might know her as Rowan Drakkar of the Ship Drakkar. We're going to get together today. It'll be nice to make new friends. I miss our old friends a lot, but it's boring going to work and coming home with nothing else to do. John's hoping that he's making some gaming friends at work, too.
Moving to Edmonton for us was a smart move, except for leaving all of our friends and family (which was so hard I'll never be able to explain it in words). Usually at the end of the month John and I would have to put some bills off and wait for next pay day. If we wanted to go out with friends, we'd have to save up for it. Now, we have money at the end of the month and if we want to go out we do. We'll be debt free in a few months (minus student loans)and we're saving up for nice NEW furniture and a new computer! After that's all done, we're gonna start saving to adopt! I can't wait!
